Accommodation 

There are many dog friendly accommodation options available within the ACT including powered sites on the Exhibition Park in Canberra (EPIC) grounds. 

Camping sites within the Exhibition Park in Canberra must be prebooked through Dogs ACT office. Please contact Dogs ACT between 9:30am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday to book your camp site.  Please book early to ensure availablility.

Set Up

It is the policy of Dogs ACT that no structure, ground cover or other form of establishing territory be permitted at the ring side or on the dog grounds at Exhibition Park in Canberra (EPIC) on any day other than the day of the show.

Exhibitors may set up for a morning show after 12 noon the day before the show and for an afternoon show after 4.00pm the afternoon before the show.

Please check with the office staff before you set up to ensure that all mowing and ground repairs have been completed. Further information on the grounds condition of use can be found on the Dogs ACT website.

Parking

Exhibitors parking for all shows and events is via Wells Station road.

Please note that the internal roadway between the Dogs ACT rings and the Bicentennial Park camping area is closed between 5am and 12 midday each & every Saturday that the Canberra Markets operate.

The roadway will be closed between the Shell service station entrance and the Carfair entrance preventing access to the Dogs ACT office and the camping areas.

If you arrive during this time to park your caravan or camper, please park in the Dogs ACT grounds carpark until the internal roadway is open for public use.

The internal roadway which runs circularly within Exhibition Park in Canberra is a no stopping/no parking - tow away area. This is well signed posted and to avoid a parking ticket or having your vehicle removed please use the carpark on Wells Station road.

Refreshments

Refreshments along with hot and cold food is available on the grounds. A shopping centre is located 5 minutes away at Dickson and has a large supermarket and many popular take away options.
